I undertake to relieve The Royal Cliff and its proprietors of all liability for any loss or damage
to our own property or person or any other loss howsoever caused or incurred.

This agreement is a holiday let solely for the purpose of holidaying on the Isle of Wight
and accordingly is not an assured short hold tenancy.

I undertake not to alter or damage the property or its content in any way,
or to cause nuisance or annoyance to other nearby occupants.
I undertake to permit reasonable access to the property by the owner or his representative.

In the event of being unable to take up the booking, I undertake to pay the full balance if the
apartment has not been re-let (holiday cancellation insurance is advised).

I enclose a non-returnable deposit of £100 per apartment per week with this
booking form, the balance being payable by cheque 28 days prior to my arrival.
